For TFW to exist, consciousness and human decisions can\u2019t be pre-determined.<\/p>\n<p>Cognitive Neurology combined with Quantum Mechanics (QM) identifies a mechanism (micro-tubules) for randomness to be linked with consciousness and possibly TFW (ala.
